Drum roll! The scores are in, and the finalists have been named for the 2019 Royal Palm Literary Awards competition. Winners will be announced at the Awards Banquet October 19, 2019, which is held during the annual Florida Writers Conference that runs from October 17-20. I’ve gone home from the Florida Writer Association’s Royal Palm Literary Award banquets with an armful of trophies and I’ve gone home empty-handed.
