It’s Time to Book That Hotel Room!

If you don’t live in the Orlando area, you’re going to want to book a hotel room for the 14th Annual Florida Writers Conference, October 15-18. As you peruse the Orlando/Altamonte Springs area, there are so many different options. Here’s the thing, though. The conference is being held at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs on 950 S. Northlake Blvd. This means you want to be as close to this location as possible.

The Hilton is currently booked, which means we have a lot of people attending the conference. Great for the amount of fun we will have, not so great if you haven’t booked your hotel room yet.

But wait, you don’t think we would leave you high and dry, do you? Of course not.

We have a few different options for you and that’s because the Hilton family of hotels is so significant. The obvious option is the Embassy Suites because it is very close to the hotel. It’s located at 225 Shorecrest Drive, Altamonte Springs and you can call then at 407-571-3434 in order to book a room. We have reserved a rate of $115 a night. There’s complimentary Wi-Fi and a complimentary shuttle bus that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius (like the conference)!

There’s also the Hampton Inn, which is a little farther, but still has some great benefits for you to take advantage of. We have reserved a rate of only $104 a night. The address here is 161 Douglas Avenue in Altamonte Springs and you can make reservations by calling 407-331-0220.

There you have it, two great hotels that you can choose from if you haven’t made your reservations at the Hilton for the upcoming conference.

We want you to have a great place to stay and we’re committed to finding the best deals for you. We can’t wait to see you at the conference!

You can learn more about and sign up for the conference here.
