Brad Kuhn is an award-winning journalist, author, poet, speechwriter and media consultant who has been a staff writer for The Wall Street Journal, Orlando Sentinel, and Orlando Business Journal. He wrote I Hate My Banker, and won the Gwendolyn Brooks Poetry Prize, and co-authored the poetry collection Three Houses. Brad is founding director of Shady Lane Press and The Jack Kerouac House Writers in Residence Project of Orlando. He is a frequent contributor to Orlando Magazine, and has led writing workshops throughout Florida.

Darlyn Finch Kuhn will talk about her personal brand, including her e-newsletter, Scribbles, and the experience of having her debut novel, Sewing Holes, published by the small independent press Twisted Road Publications. She’ll discuss the marketing tools they employed; what worked, and what didn’t. Her husband, Brad Kuhn, former journalist and founder of Brad Kuhn & Associates, LLC, a PR and marketing firm, will discuss success factors for marketing e-books online.
